POLS 4313 - Human Resource Mgt Public Orgs

Three credit hours.

Analysis of the changing structure, environment, key principles, and operating characteristics of public sector human resource management. Topics include laws governing the workplace, recruitment, selection, employee motivation, compensation, employee-friendly policies, unions, and the government. Cross listed as PADM 4313  

Prerequisites: POLS 1310 , Junior Standing, or permission of instructor.
