RHET 51773 - (was 5317) The Personal Essay

Three credit hours.

Was RHET 5317. This course introduces students to the study and practice of the personal essay as a genre with an emphasis on form, techniques, and research methods appropriate to shorter nonfiction. Students with credit for RHET 4317 may take this course for credit.

Prerequisites: graduate standing.
