International Human Rights Law - LAWB 6253 Credits Hours: 2
This course surveys international human rights law. We will attempt to define human rights, will examine theories of human rights and the subjects and sources of international human rights law, and will discuss discrete topics of international human rights. Students will be invited to think critically about human rights and international human rights law and the ways the law can evolve and improve.
