COAR (Court Observation Arkansas Project) provides credit hours for students working with Bowen’s Center for Racial Justice and Criminal Justice Reform. Students work on campus at the COAR offices and offsite collecting data in Arkansas district courts.

Students who expect to receive one hour of course credit should register for the appropriate course listed on the course schedule.
