This course is designed to help students develop an understanding of the basis for federal and state election laws. In addition, the course will cover state and federal voting laws, federal and state campaign finance laws, and the Arkansas election process. Students may use the class to satisfy the upper level writing requirement. (Formerly LAW 6233)
