Gender and the Law - LAWW 69832


Credits Hours: 2

This course will not only incorporate issues that affect women in the legal system, but also will encompass legal issues related to sexual orientation, gender identity, and masculinity.  The intersection of gender and other factors, such as age, class and ethnicity will also be examined. Emphasis will be placed on policy, jurisprudence, and interdisciplinary resources. (Formerly LAW 6298)
