Concentrates on both practical and policy issues in immigration law. Covers substantive immigration law as embodied in statutes, regulations, and practices of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and judicial decisions. Practice and procedure is also covered, though to a limited degree. (Formerly LAW 6396)
