Entertainment Law - LAWW 60293 Credits Hours: 3
Entertainment Law is a foundational course for the pursuit of a transactional or corporate law career in the entertainment industry. This course includes the study of the law of copyright, contracts, trademark, first amendment and agency representation, all in the context of entertainment industry disputes and norms. Each area of law will be examined through the prism of the motion picture industry, the music industry and the television industry. (Formerly LAWB 6302)
