The class is intended to be an overview of bankruptcy including an explanation of the bankruptcy system, basic bankruptcy concepts, and bankruptcy jurisdiction. The course will include coverage of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 with emphasis on individual Chapter 7 cases. (Formerly LAW 6345)
