ERSC 5422 - Applied GIS Geographic Information Systems


Two hours lecture. Four hours laboratory per week. Four credit hours.

This course builds on the fundamental concepts of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Introduction to GIS. It focuses on advanced applications in GIS with an emphasis on problem-solving, advanced analysis techniques, and satabase management.

Prerequisites: BIOL/ERSC 4421/ERSC 5421  or consent of instructor.
