POLS 3308 - International Human Rights

Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.

This course examines the growing importance of human rights in international politics. Topics will include an exploration of the nature of human rights and their origins, international institutions and law devoted to human rights, and the different means through which the international community has sought to deal with gross human rights
violations.
