Was ACCT 7361. The expansion of the auditing function, including internal auditing, operational auditing, auditing EDP systems, and statistical sampling. SEC requirements, legal and ethical responsibilities, comprehensive review of auditing, and application of accounting research skills. This course is open to MBA students and students in the graduate accounting and taxation programs. It is not open to students with credit for ACCT 55263.

Prerequisites: ACCT 3341, 4351, or their equivalent, each with a grade of C or greater.
