ENGL 55232 - (was 5202) Teaching Literature in Secondary Schools

Two credit hours.

Was ENGL 5202. A methods course that is team-taught by the English and Rhetoric & Writing Departments. The topics will include making classroom presentations, managing small group work, responding to student writing, evaluation, and using secondary school literature and composition textbooks, approaches to teaching literature, and writing as a way to reading.

Corequisites: RHET 50282 (was RHET 5202).
