Was FINC 7325. MBA or M.S. in BISA Elective. Explores financing alternatives and concepts as they relate to new and growing ventures. Among the financing alternatives discussed are debt financing from banks, SBIC’s and other asset based lenders, and equity financing from angel investors, private placements, venture capitalists, and private equity markets. Students are required to analyze financing needs and use firm valuation methods.
Prerequisites: FINN 70031 .
