FINN 74003 - (was FINC 7340) Real Estate Markets

Three credit hours.

Was FINC 7340. Real estate analysis; includes real estate typology, elements of real property law, basic contractual arrangements in real estate business, sources of financing, market-comparison valuation, government policies affecting real estate and local zoning, real estate taxation practices. (For business-oriented students with no real estate background.)

Prerequisites: MBA or M.S. in MIS Elective.
