HIED 83303 - (was 8333) College and University Faculty

Three credit hours.

Was HIED 8333. Exploration of the existing data and theory on college and university faculty. A chronological approach in considering how recruitment to the profession occurs, the socialization process is involved, the preparation of future professors takes place, and similar topics.

Prerequisites: EDFD 77303  and EDFD 80603 .
