Was MKTG 7330. MBA or BISA Elective. Examines the major differences between goods and services, as well as the problems associated with the differences. Strategic aspects of services marketing mix are discussed with emphasis on the delivery of high quality services and the management of service employees. The course is conducted in a seminar style and makes use of the case study method.
