Was TCED 7341. Conflict management issues and strategies in the schools. School-community disputes, faculty relations, parental conflicts, and student conflicts are addressed. Participants are trained in a variety of approaches to school safety, school community building, and methods of resolving conflict including peer mediation. Diversity issues discussed throughout the course.
