BUSI 80083 - (was BSAD 8300) Field Study In Internat’I Bus

Three credit hours.

Was BSAD 8300. Executive MBA Required Course. This course requires an international trip. This international trip provides an opportunity to explore firsthand the international dimensions of business. It provides the student with the opportunity to identify and pursue strategic issues in international business and to gain consciousness of the impact of culture on business practices. Students will do extensive research on the country and prepare a report detailing business and cultural practices combined with political and economic components prior to travel. Upon return, students will prepare a written summary of their experiences and compare expectations prior to the field study with the realities of international business.
