MKTG 8301 - Marketing Management Three credit hours.
Executive MBA Required Course. The course has two major objectives for the student: (1) understanding basic marketing concepts involving buyer behavior, product planning, pricing, channels of distribution and promotion, and (2) developing marketing decision making capabilities based on strategic management and analytical skills. The overall objective is to integrate all the functional aspects of marketing with other functional areas of the firm and with the environment, particularly consumption markets, competitions, the economy, legal and regulatory environment, and social evolution.
