MEEG 57643 - (was 5376) Mechanics of Materials II

Was MEEG 5376. The MSEG faculty are preparing advanced courses in the four fundamental mechanical sciences (Fluid Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials, Dynamics, Thermodynamics) required for the master’s, PhD, and early entry graduate programs.

“Mechanics of Materials II (MEEG 47643),” which is the advanced course, is an elective for undergraduate students. The graduate students who are in the Mechanical and Material Engineering track will be required to take MEEG 57643. A different grading scale, an extra project, and advanced assignments will differentiate the undergraduate and graduate courses. If taken as MEEG 47643, the course can not be taken at the 5000 level. Dual listed in the Undergraduate Catalog as MEEG 47643.

Prerequisites: MEEG 37343 or instructor consent.
