ARAD 3310 - Introduction to Woodworking Three credit hours.
An introduction to woodworking and furniture design. Application of the principles of design taught through fundamental woodworking techniques. Students learn both traditional and contemporary methods; hand tool use,
machine tool operations, design and planning strategies, and digital technologies. Prerequisite for all other woodworking courses. No previous experience necessary.
