ASCI 74103 - (was 7341) Electro-Optics

Three credit hours.

Was ASCI 7341. Prerequisite: Applied Science 7340 or equivalent. Physical principles and operating characteristics of electro-optical devices and systems; gas, chemical, solid state, and semiconductor lasers; Gaussian beam optics, laser modulators, and scanners; imaging devices; thermal and photon detectors; fiber and integrated optics; nonlinear optical devices.
