MGMT 74173 - (was 7341) Strategic Human Resource Management

Three credit hours.

Was MGMT 7341. MBA or MS in BISA Elective. This course examines human resource management (HRM) from a strategic proactive perspective. Students consider HRM functional activities from the perspective of competitive advantage and added value. Specific topics include globalization, the legal environment, recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, rewards, employee relations, and planning.
