Was ASCI 7303. Interfacing of industry-standard personal computers to scientific experiments; includes PC architecture, interface hardware, C/C++ programming, development of software for programming and using A/D cards, handling hardware interrupts, event timing, and data acquisition.

Prerequisites: ASCI 7302 or instructor consent.
