PVYS 3301 - Service-Learning Placement I

Three credit hours.

In this intensive fieldwork course, Shepherd Scholars will be placed with an agency in either an urban or rural poverty situation where they will be integrated into the work of that organization. Successful completion requires at least four weeks (160 contact hours) and both written and oral reflection presentations.

Prerequisites: PVYS 2301, PVYS 2302 and admission to the Shepherd Scholars program.
