Topics include nomenclature, alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, halides, alcohols, ethers, functional groups, stereochemistry, acid-base concepts, organometallics, multiple-step synthesis, and reaction mechanisms,

Prerequisites: CHEM 1403 with a grade of C or greater.
