MUED 3122 - Composing & Arranging for School Ensembles This course is designed for students pursuing a degree in music education. Students will explore ways to compose and arrange music for PreK-12 school ensembles. Students will learn the basics of composing, scoring, and arranging. Topics will include harmonizing a melody, planning the arrangement, writing accompaniments, composing an original score, and adapting scores for special ensembles.
