Eight credit hours.

Was SCWK 7803. SW Block Internship requires 360 clock hours. This is a 40 hour a week internship during the summer semester. Placements are arranged by the UALR School of Social Work. Students receive supervision by a social worker while gaining direct practice experience in applying foundational theories, skills; developing integrated social work practice skills with individuals, families, groups, and communities with a focus on developing professional relationships, initial intervention stages, evaluation, and transitions with client systems.
