CNMG 5315 - Construction Business Operations

Two hours lecture. two hours laboratory per week. Three credit hours.

Beginning with start-up, this course will study and participate in the operation of a medium-sized construction company through a fiscal year. Coursework will include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks. This course will cover portions of the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing requirements.
