CNMG 7311 - Advanced Estimating

Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.

Advanced estimating procedures and development, utilizing computerized quantification, and database costing and estimating. Preconstruction estimating, proposal development, and UniFormat Outline Specification development shall be incorporated into project preliminary documents.

Prerequisites: CNMG 4311/CNMG 5311 or consent of the instructor.
