ARHS 21203 - (was ARHA 2312) Survey of Non-Western Art

Three credit hours.

Was ARHA 2312. Introduction to art outside the Western European tradition which focuses on the major artistic traditions of India, China, Japan, Africa, Oceania, and the Americas. Emphasis is placed on the recognition of major works of art and artistic style and what these reveal about the cultures that produced them.

Prerequisites: ARHS 20003 or consent of instructor.
