ECET 30504 - (was 3405) Electronic Devices I Three hours lecture. Three hours laboratory per week. Four credit hours.
Was ECET 3405. A study of the characteristics and applications of electronic elements including diodes, BJTs, and op-amps. Includes load lines, biasing techniques, single and multistage signal amplifiers, power amplifiers, and transistor switching characteristics. Laboratory exercise also includes computer simulation.
Prerequisites: Grades of C or greater in ECET 20533 and ECET 20501 .
