Was ELEM 4305. Focuses on understanding parental issues and concerns within diverse family systems, the dimensions of parenting children from birth to adolescence, and knowledge of multicultural perspectives in parenting and planning parenting education strategies. Candidates will research several parenting education models and their effectiveness in increasing parental involvement in schools.

Prerequisites: Admission to the Elementary Education Program.
