Was MGMT 4380. Integration of business concepts and techniques and their application to the development of corporate strategy and strategic planning by senior corporate executives. Includes setting objectives, developing business purposes, determining opportunities and threats, and implementing decision and control systems across functional areas. A grade of “C” or better is required to receive degree credit for all business majors.

Prerequisites: MGMT 30073, BINS 35203, BINS 38003, MGMT 30473, ECON 35543 or ECON 21243, FINN 37103, MKTG 35073, and be an officially accepted College of Business major.
