Was POLS 4361. A comparative approach to study the formation, evolution, and role political parties play in societies. Students will examine party systems across multiple countries, including looking at the impact of these systems on electoral strategies, governance, and voting behavior.

Prerequisites: PLSC 20003 or junior standing.
