Three hours lecture. one-hour supplemental instruction (SI) hours laboratory per week. Three credit hours.

Was CHEM 3351. Continues to build the knowledge base of organic chemistry by adding conjugated systems, aromatic compounds, carbonyl compounds, carboxylic acids and derivatives, amines, phenols, aryl halides, spectroscopy, and data interpretation.

Prerequisites: CHEM 36053 with a grade of C or greater.
