Was CNMG 3327. Principles of construction project field supervision and construction equipment. Leadership, motivation, communications, problem-solving, decision-making, production control, quality control, and computerized reporting. Earthmoving fundamentals, equipment ownership and operating costs, and equipment selection and usage. Fall and Spring.

Prerequisites: Junior standing or higher.
