CSEC 31203 - (was 3312) Applied Cryptography


Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.

Was CSEC 3312. A survey and study of the major cryptographic techniques, algorithms, and implementations, emphasizing applications to data security and network security. This course provides an overview of the current art and science of cryptosystems and cryptanalysis.

Prerequisites: CSEC 11104  or CPSI 27603 , and MATH 26103
