ECET 25233 - (was 2352) Introduction to Digital Systems


Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.

Was ECET 2352. Introduction to digital circuits and systems. Number systems, Boolean algebra, and applications of basic logic gates; exercises in the analysis and design of combinational and sequential logic circuits, including encoders, decoders, multiplexers, flipflops, registers, and counters. Microprocessor architecture software and programming.

Prerequisites: Grade of C or greater in ECET 10404  or equivalent.
