ENGL 28033 - (was 2330) Writing about Literature


Three credit hours.

Was ENGL 2330. Students will learn to write analytical, thesis-driven essays on fiction, poetry, and/or drama that rely on summary, evaluation, analysis, and research. Emphasizes the importance of audience, voice, and purpose in writing with attention to incorporating sources and the revision process. Though not a prerequisite for any other English course, English majors are encouraged to take this class early in their major.
