GEOL 11343 - (was ERSC 2303) Historical Geology

Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.

Was ERSC 2303. An introduction to the science of geology; how geologists have learned about the Earth using geologic time as a theme. Active learning is applied to various measurements of time, the documentation of evolutionary changes presented by the geologic record, and the development of geologic paradigms used in interpreting this record.
