Was FINC 4360. Introduction to the fundamentals of risk management. Scope and fundamentals of property and liability insurance; analysis of contracts, rating, underwriting, insurers, and loss adjustments and procedures.

Prerequisites: FINN 37103 with a grade of C or higher.
