FREN 10203 - (was 1312) Applied French II Three credit hours.
Was FREN 1312. Continuation of FREN 10103 . This second-semester course is designed around an interactive, communicative approach focusing on communication in meaningful professional and personal contexts. Incorporates a balanced emphasis on the three modes of communication at the novice level(i.e. presentational, interpersonal, interpretive) as learners work toward a novice-high level of proficiency. Use of authentic texts (video, audio, and print) provides the basis for the development of linguistic skills, communicative, and intercultural awareness. (ACTS Course Number was FREN 1023)
Prerequisites: FREN 10103 or equivalent.
