Was MCED 4330. Students will develop communication, organization, and human relations skills needed for creating a fair and productive classroom. Emphasizes fundamental principles underlying middle childhood developmental programs in middle-level grades, including the creation of and fostering of classroom management techniques and strategies for the design of environments, that are conducive to a safe place for teaching, learning, and connecting the community to the school for effective discipline and parental support and involvement.
