MGMT 40473 - (was 4304) Supply Chain Management

Was MGMT 4304. Students are introduced to different concepts and issues firms face in managing supply chains. Addresses different frameworks and quantitative methods for designing, managing, and analyzing the supply chain operations needed to support a firm’s business strategy. Students will study the structure of supply chain operations, and analyze the relationship between supply chain structure and performance, developing analytical models.

Prerequisites: MGMT 30473.
