Was MUAP 3225. Conducting techniques relative to both choral and instrumental ensembles, including blend, balance, phrasing, diction, instrumental transposition, expressive devices, and basic styles of choral/instrumental music literature. Conducting music examples in both genres.

Prerequisites: MUAP 32462, or consent of instructor.
