MUED 20141 - (was 2101) Woodwind Techniques

Was MUED 2101. Designed for students pursuing a degree in music education. Students will explore teaching techniques appropriate for public school students learning to play woodwind instruments. Students will learn the basic principles of playing by performing on each of the woodwind instruments. Topics include ranges, fingerings, transpositions, basic instrument maintenance, method books, and teaching techniques.

Prerequisites: For music majors only.
