Three credit hours.

Was MUTH 4310. Study of the characteristics and styles of arranging for band, orchestral instruments, and chorus. A historical survey of choral and instrumental writing in the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Twentieth Century, with arranging exercises for each period.

Prerequisites: MUTH 26133 .
