Was PHIL 3335. Analysis of ethical medical issues affecting patients, healthcare workers, and the public. Materials drawn from medical, legal, philosophical, and psychiatric sources, addressing topics such as euthanasia, abortion, assisted suicide, involuntary commitment, resource distribution, AIDS, and health insurance.
Prerequisites: PHIL 11003 or PHIL 23093 or instructor consent.
